The Resort

The area surrounding the villas is a breathtaking natural environment that serves clients seeking a family or recreational retreat, fun gatherings, or private relaxation, all of whom can enjoy the outstanding views of Lake Batllava.Within the compound, clients can interact with rich flora and forestry components, as well as with the loving deer’s that are perfectly kept in natural conditions. Alongside resting and relaxing, the clients’ can have hiking experiences and obviously – enjoy Batllava Lake and its surrounding.

Our Story

Everything began in 2018 when Mimoza and Lulzim, a hardworking couple, shared a common vision of bringing to life a unique concept of integrating nature with hospitality, thus designing the Batllava Premium Resort. As the concept’s uniqueness unfolded, so too did the site designated to make it happen: 850 meters above sea level, surrounded by forests and overlooking Batllava Lake. Construction of the villas began in 2020, and the official opening of the resort services was launched in 2022. Currently, there are 20 affordable, exclusive villas within the resort compound, classified as follows: 12 standard villas, 6 family villas, and 2 VIP villas
In 2022, the core component of the resort, the Premium Hotel, went under construction. It will accommodate a wide range of demands, both local and global, and cater to the multicultural tastes of clients from around the world.
Currently, the Batllava Premium Resort is serving clients from Kosovo and Southeast Europe, as well as from Western Europe and Near East Asia.
As time passes and standards rise, Mimoza, Lulzim, and the rest of the Batllava Premium Resort staff continue to work hard to ensure a satisfying experience for every single client who visits the resort compound.
